Piña Colada Cake
Piña Colada Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines butter cake mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. oil, 1 c. water and 1 can cream of coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Bake in an oblong pan for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and poke holes in cake.
Stir and then pour the cream of coconut over the cake while it is hot.
Refrigerate cake to cool.
Top cake with crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and coconut.
Keep refrigerated.
