Pig Picking Cake
Pig Picking Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow butter cake mix, 1 stick oleo, softened, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine 1/2 cup reserved orange juice with cake mix and oleo. Add eggs one at a time; beat for 1 minute.
Add oranges and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan or in 3 small cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
