Pierogi
Pierogi is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 medium potatoes, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel and cook 4 to 6 potatoes as for mashing.
Mash with 1 tablespoon margarine and 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese; let cool.
Make a dough with 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 egg and enough water to make a dough; pinch off small pieces of dough and roll out.
Fill with potato mixture; fold dough over and pinch edges.
Continue this until all potatoes are used.
You can either fry them in hot oil or boil them.
