Pie Shells is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. plain flour, 2/3 c. shortening, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 to 4 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of cold milk or just enough to stick dough together for rolling out consistency.
Roll out on floured waxed paper until crust is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch larger than pie pan.
Turn pan over crust; flip over.
Peel off paper.
Turn under edge to be even with pie pan.
Fill in any holes.
Flute with fingers.
