Put flour and salt in medium bowl.
Combine oil and milk in a cup.
Make a well in the flour; pour oil and milk mixture into well.
Stir until mixed.
Round up dough and divide in half.
Roll out between sheets of waxed paper.
Invert dough in pie pan, then remove waxed paper. If using a double pie crust, invert in the same way.
Bake at 425Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
