Pie Crust Cookies
Pie Crust Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, separated, 2 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream the margarine and sugar; add flour and cinnamon, then unbeaten egg yolk.
Use a lightly buttered 17 1/2 x 11-inch cookie sheet.
Put the lump of dough in the center of the cookie sheet and spread with hands, patting and pressing until the entire pan is covered evenly.
Beat egg white slightly and spread over top of dough.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour at 275Β°. After baking, cool 1 minute, then cut strips down and vertically across, making diamond shaped cookies.
