Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain flour, 1 c. shortening, 1 tsp. salt and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour, shortening and salt until shortening is in small pieces.
In a measuring cup, beat egg and add enough ice water to measure 2/3 cup.
Pour into dry ingredients.
Mix and roll into pie crusts.
This makes 5 or 6 crusts.
Stack and put into a freezer bag and freeze.
Use as needed.
