Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 3/4 c. shortening, 2 tsp. sugar and water (to make stiff dough), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut shortening into flour and sugar.
Add water gradually until dough is stiff, but workable. Roll very thin on a floured board and fit into pan.
Trim and flute edges.
