Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 cups flour, 2 cups shortening (crisco), 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend all dry ingredients.
Break one egg in one measuring cup.
Finish filling the cup with water.
Mix well.
(You may need to add a little more water.)
Bake in 325 degree oven until brown. Makes 5-6 crusts.
