Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. butter crisco, pinch of salt and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat egg in cup and then add enough water with egg to make 1 cup.
Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Add egg and water and mix together.
Makes enough pie dough for about four pies. Easy to roll.
