Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

With fork, mix first 4 ingredients.
In a separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.
Combine the two mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
Then with hands, mold dough into a ball.
Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling it out into desired shape.
Dough can be left in refrigerator up to 3 days or frozen until used.
Makes 2 (9-inch) double pie crusts and 1 (9-inch) pie shell.
