Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. butter-flavored crisco, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg and 5 1/2 tbsp. ice water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put flour, Crisco and salt in a large bowl and, using two knives, cut the Crisco up into small pieces.
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Add the ice water and vinegar and mix well.
Then add the mixture to the flour and Crisco.
Blend together well. This makes four single crust or two double crusts.
