Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 5 tbsp. water, 1 1/4 c. crisco and 1 egg, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening.
In separate bowl combine egg, water and vinegar.
Add to flour all at once.
Blend with spoon until flour is all moistened.
Will keep refrigerated for several days.
For single pie shell, roll out and form in pie plate.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
