Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco shortening, 1/4 c. butter, 3 c. flour, pinch of salt and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

With a knife, cut first 4 ingredients until mixed well.
Beat the egg really well and spread over the dough, the vinegar over the egg and then the 7-Up.
Take a fork or spoon and mix well together. Roll, with your hands, into a ball or log.
Wrap and put in refrigerator to cool.
(It's easier to work with when cold.)
Makes 2-9 inch pie crusts.
(Not the deep dish kind.)
