Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1 3/4 c. crisco and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix flour, salt and sugar.
Cut in Crisco.
Beat egg, water and vinegar together.
Add to flour mixture.
Knead well.
Divide into 5 balls.
Chill 1/2 hour before rolling out.
(Can put extra pie crust in pans and put in freezer.)
