Picture Perfect Petal Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large round angel food cake, 1 c. flaked coconut, 2 drops red food coloring, 1 1/2 c. whipped topping and 3 c. halved strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a small bowl, toss coconut and food coloring until evenly coated; set aside.
Place angel food cake on a large serving platter.
Frost top and sides with whipped topping; sprinkle on coconut.
Cut cake into 8 or 10 slices, then very carefully pull out each slice just a bit to resemble flower petals.
Spoon strawberry halves in center.
