Pico De Gallo
Pico De Gallo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large ripe tomatoes, 1/2 large onion, 2 to 3 tbsp. cilantro (most commissaries carry this in produce section), 3 tsp. or more pickled jalapeños and approximately 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Add garlic and salt; mix well.
May be eaten with tortilla chips.
