Picnic Cake
Picnic Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can sliced peaches (undrained), 1 pkg. yellow or butter pecan cake mix, 1 c. shredded coconut, 1 c. walnuts, chopped and 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Arrange peaches and juice evenly on bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches.
Sprinkle coconut and walnuts evenly over cake mix.
Drizzle with melted oleo.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
