Pickles
Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. processed dills, 2 cloves garlic, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white vinegar and 7 whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain pickles and slice as thick as you like.
Put back into jar.
Slice garlic thin and add to sliced pickles.
Simmer the sugar, vinegar, cloves and cinnamon for 5 minutes until clear and hot.
Pour over pickles.
Cover jar tightly and leave sealed for ten (10) days.
(Important: Do not open any sooner than 10 days.) Very tasty for all occasions.
