Pickled Pineapple Slices
Pickled Pineapple Slices is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple slices (reserve 1 1/4 c. syrup), 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 cinnamon stick and whole cloves (one for each slice pineapple), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large skillet combine pineapple syrup (add water if needed), sugar, vinegar and cinnamon stick.
Bring to boil.
Add pineapple slices and cloves.
Bring back to boil.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
Store in tight container and refrigerate.
Keeps up to 2 weeks.
