Pickled Peaches
Pickled Peaches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2 1/2) can peach halves, 1 c. peach syrup, drained off peaches, whole cloves, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stud each peach with 3 or 4 cloves.
Pack into a quart jar. Simmer remaining ingredients for 3 or 4 minutes.
Pour over peaches.
Slip the cinnamon stick in, too.
Cool and refrigerate.
