Pickled Peaches
Pickled Peaches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. hard ripe peaches, 6 c. sugar, 2 or 3 sticks cinnamon, 1 tbsp. whole cloves and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel peaches and leave whole.
Bring to boil the sugar, cinnamon, cloves, water and vinegar.
Boil 2 or 3 minutes; add the peaches and cook a few minutes until the peaches are tender.
Put peaches in sterilized jars.
Fill with the liquid and seal.
