Pickled Okra
Pickled Okra is an easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. okra, 2 qt. water, 1 qt. white vinegar and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash and pack okra in jars.
Add 1 teaspoon of dill seed and 1 clove garlic in each jar.
Mix vinegar and water and bring to a boil.
Pour over okra.
Seal quickly.
A pod or more of red hot pepper may be added, if desired.
This is ready to use in 6 weeks.
