Pickled Mushrooms
Pickled Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns, drained, 2/3 c. red wine vinegar, 2/3 c. salad oil, 4 tsp. parsley flakes and 2 tsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients in a two quart saucepan.
Bring to boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Place in covered dish and chill for several days, stirring occasionally.
Drain and serve. Makes about four cups.
