Pickled Cranberries is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. vinegar, 1/3 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 2 sticks cinnamon and 12 whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil with lid for 5 minutes (not berries).
Add cranberries. Let come to boil.
Stir gently not to crush berries.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Cool and store in refrigerator until served.
