Pickled Beets is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (16 oz. sliced beets, drain and keep liquid), 2 cup sugar, 1 cup vinegar and 2 sticks of cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add water to beet liquid to make 2 cups or to cover beets. Heat liquid.
Add sugar, vinegar and cinnamon.
Heat to boiling and pour over beets.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Optional - add hard boiled eggs or slices of onion.
