Pickled Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 4 gal. beans, cooked, 4 heads cabbage, chopped, 2 doz. or more ears of boiled corn, cut off cob and 1 box salt minus 1 c., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix first 3 ingredients, layer alternately with salt in jar; weight down.
Cover with cold water.
Let stand for 1 week and pack in sterilized jars.
Pressure 5 minutes at 10 pounds.
