Picante Spinach Casserole
Picante Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1/3 c. minced onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
Cook onion in butter in large skillet until tender, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add flour and cook and stir until bubbly.
Gradually add reserved spinach liquid and milk.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in cheese.
Cook and stir until cheese melts.
Stir in Pace picante sauce, drained spinach and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
