Picante Corn Muffins

Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add buttermilk, eggs or egg substitute, picante sauce and butter last.
Stir just until ingredients are blended. Fill 12 well-greased muffin cups almost full.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
