"Philly" Brunch Quiche
"Philly" Brunch Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10-inch) baked pie crust, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, cubed, 1 c. whole milk, 4 beaten eggs and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine cheese and milk in saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth.
Gradually add cream cheese mixture to eggs; mix until well blended.
Saute onion in margarine. Add onion and remaining ingredients to mixture; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Excellent served with fresh fruit and hot rolls.
Serves 8.
