Pheasant Supreme
Pheasant Supreme is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pheasants, 2 cans mushroom soup, 2 large cans mushrooms (with liquid) and 1 c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown pheasants in skillet in small amount of butter.
Place browned pieces in a 2-quart ovenproof casserole dish.
In saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms and almonds.
Stir until smooth.
Pour over pheasant.
Cover and bake in 300Β° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
May substitute chicken.
