Pheasant Steak
Pheasant Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/16 tsp. oregano and 1/16 tsp. basil or substitute 1 tsp. paprika for the oregano and basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Use only the breast of pheasant.
Cut into steaks.
Roll steaks in flour mixture.
Cook in 1/4 cup butter which has been melted in a skillet.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes, turning once.
Prepare at least 1 pheasant per hungry rancher!
