Petunia Bread Pudding
Petunia Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. light brown sugar, 3 slices buttered bread, cubed, 3 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put brown sugar in top of double boiler.
Add cubed bread. Combine eggs, vanilla, salt, milk and raisins.
Pour mixture over bread.
Don't stir.
Cook for 1 hour in double boiler (undisturbed).
When done, turn upside down on serving dish.
