Petros
Petros is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag fritos, 1 (12 oz.) block medium cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 small tomatoes, diced, 1 medium onion, diced and 1 head lettuce, cut in salad size pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare ingredients as noted above and then layer the ingredients in each serving bowl as follows: crunch 2 handfuls of Fritos in the bottom of each bowl; add 1 handful of shredded cheese; add 4 tablespoons of Hormel chili; add 1 handful of lettuce; add 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomatoes; add 1 tablespoon of onions; and then add 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
This can be eaten as a layered salad or mixed up and eaten.
Either way, it is wonderful.
Serves approximately 8.
