Petite Cheesecake
Petite Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
Add egg, lemon juice and vanilla and mix well.
Line small muffin tins with papers. Place one wafer in bottom of liner.
Fill 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
Store in refrigerator.
