Petite Cheese Cakes
Petite Cheese Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 to 25 vanilla wafers, crushed into crumbs, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 tbsp. melted margarine and 1 can cherry pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Using the smallest cupcake tins and petit fours paper cups, sprinkle bottoms with crumbs.
Place eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream in blender; mix well.
Add cheese gradually while mixing.
Add margarine.
Pour petit fours cups approximately 3/4 full.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until set in center.
If cakes sink in center, don't worry.
Chill.
