Bake in a 17 x 11 1/2-inch jelly pan or a large cookie sheet with sides, at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Combine the milk, sugar, marshmallows and coconut in a saucepan, until marshmallows are melted.
Spread over cake.
In a saucepan, cook remaining ingredients over low heat.
