Peter Paul Mound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bake cake mix as directed.
Mix sour cream, coconut and sugar. Stir well.
Let stand for 2 hours.
Fill cake between layers with coconut mixture, saving 1 cup of mixture.
Mix saved cup with 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
"Ice" cake and refrigerate for 2 days.
