Peter Paul Mound Cake
Peter Paul Mound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bake cake mix as directed.
Mix sour cream, coconut and sugar. Stir well.
Let stand for 2 hours.
Fill cake between layers with coconut mixture, saving 1 cup of mixture.
Mix saved cup with 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
"Ice" cake and refrigerate for 2 days.
