Pesto Sauce
Pesto Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 c. fresh basil, 1/2 c. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, cut up, 6 to 7 sprigs italian parsley and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put basil in the blender, add everything else.
Blend until all is very finely chopped.
Now add and mix in the cheese.
Use 1/2 cup per round of spaghetti.
You can also freeze it covered with 3/4-inch of olive oil.
