Mix persimmon pulp, beaten eggs and milk.
Sift dry ingredients together and pour liquid mixture into them.
Stir in melted margarine.
Pour into shallow, oiled pan to depth of about 2 inches.
Bake at 300Β° for about 1 hour.
This is good cold or hot.
