Persimmon Pudding
Persimmon Pudding is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, melted, 2 c. milk, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix persimmons, sugar, eggs and flour with soda, salt and spices.
Using electric mixer, stir in milk and melted butter. Add vanilla.
Put mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven at 350°, but we have always found 325° to work better.
It will take approximately 1 hour, depending upon depth of pan.
