Persimmon Pie
Persimmon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked pulp, 1 c. sugar (to taste), 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put all ingredients except eggs in blender or food processor (hand mixer). Blend until smooth. Add eggs and blend for only a second or two.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 425Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until filling is set.
