Persimmon Cookies

Sift together flour, salt and spices; set aside.
Cream margarine sugar, add persimmon pulp and baking soda, mix well.
Add egg, mix well.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients then nuts raisins.
Teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet,
350Β° for 15 minutes.
Store in glass jar, they will keep soft and fresh.
These freeze well too.
