Perfect Pie Crust
Perfect Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1 3/4 c. crisco and 1 tbsp. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mix well with fork. Add shortening and mix well until crumbly.
In a small bowl, beat together with fork the water, vinegar and egg.
Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with fork until all ingredients are moistened. Wrap in waxed paper.
Put in plastic bag and freeze to keep for further use.
Will make 2 large double crust pies.
