Pepsi Cake
Pepsi Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. nuts, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 large box instant vanilla pudding, 1/2 c. pepsi and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook in Bundt pan or angel food pan.
Spread nuts on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix, pudding, Pepsi, oil, eggs and water.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Pour on top of nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
