Peppery Chicken

Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, vinegar, allspice, and pepper

Pour over chicken

Marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour

Bake chicken at 375° for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through

Surround chicken with sliced mushrooms, spoon the sauce over them and bake 5 minutes more.
