Pepperoni Salad
Pepperoni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. italian dressing (wish-bone), 1 tbsp. dijon mustard, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. rotini macaroni, 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and 1 c. frozen peas, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook rotini; drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine salad dressing and mustard and set aside.
Combine pasta with all other ingredients.
Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss.
Top with Parmesan cheese if you wish.
