Pepperoni Pinwheels
Pepperoni Pinwheels is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can quick crescent dinner rolls, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices, 2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 c. pizza or spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Separate dough into 4 rectangles.
Firmly press perforations to seal.
Place 8 pepperoni slices on each rectangle.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
Starting at shortest side, tightly roll up each rectangle; pinch to seal. Slice each roll into 4 equal slices.
Place sealed side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve pinwheels with warm pizza sauce.
Makes 16 pinwheels.
