Pepperoni Bread
Pepperoni Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pizza dough, 1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni, 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded mozzarella and 1/4 c. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Roll out pizza dough on a floured table until size of a large pizza.
Cover dough with pepperoni and then Mozzarella.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Now slowly begin rolling pizza dough from one end to the other, making sure nothing is out on sides. When finished rolling place on ungreased cookie sheet with seam on bottom and ends tucked under.
Make 2 to 3 small holes on top for vapor.
Bake at 450Β° for 20 to 30 minutes until golden.
